Mojito Bay - Restaurant

Olympia, Washington

The owner of the mexican food El Serape Restaurant chain approached MSGS Architects to create a different type of latin restaurant, one more based on the foods or Cuba and the Caribbean.  The restaurant's look needed to be a step above the owner's other restaurants. The Mojito cocktail lent its name to the restaurant.

MSGS designed a restaurant with fine wood wall panels separated by stainless steel reveals and an open airy ceiling.
